Prior to joining Archery, Toby’s experience included working as a Producer’s assistant on DAMSEL for Netflix (assisting Sue Baden-Powell and Emily Wolfe), working in production on THE PENTAVERATE for Netflix and as a Showrunner’s assistant on SEXY BEAST for Paramount+. He studied at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and also has experience working in a casting office.

Toby joined Archery in December 2022 as Executive Assistant to Kris Thykier. Following working with Kris on MOBLAND for Paramount+, Toby was promoted to Production Executive in June 2025.
